I had a great experience at Gesinee's Bridal. I was truly treated like a bride and I wasn't pushed into buying something I didn't like. Elizabeth was really helpful and I recommend her to everyone. I had an easy and great time at Gesinee's. Terry was so helpful and found dresses that looked great, dresses I would have never selected before. It's a one stop shop, I found my dress, bridesmaid dresses and Mother of the Bride and groom's Tux! Suggestions for improvement: I would suggest having more of a size selection for Mother's dresses.
Rosemary is exceptionally knowledgeable about the fit of dresses, material etc. She is personable and I have really enjoyed my experience. Suggestions for improvement: Nothing! She did great.

I had the most wonderful experience! Victoria is absolutely fabulous - She helped me find the Perfect dress & made me feel like a real bride. We had been talking all week before my appt and she pulled 10 dress for me before the appt! She knew exactly what I wanted - She is incredibly knowledgable and so sweet. She made me incredibly happy! It was perfect!
It was absolutely amazing! Teresa pulled every dress imaginable that was my style. She was so patient and helpful. The last dress we tried on was perfect! 2 weeks later I came back to Teresa and bought it. Throughout the entire process Gesinee's helped me find the perfect dress. I can't wait to have her help me find my bridesmaid dresses!

Well we walked in without an appointment and asked if we could get some help with selecting a wedding dress. The fitter (Suzie) was extremely accomodating & sqeezed us in despite the fact that she had a previously scheduled client. In the time before her appointment, she expertly assisted me in my wedding dress selection and fitting. Within one hour, I found the perfect dress for my wedding. I knew Gesinee's had a great reputation because my older sister used them for her wedding dress last year and was completely satisfied. The only thing I could suggest is to keep Suzie (she's a treasure).
Suzanne and the Gesinee's staff was great! This was the best customer service I've received at a bridal store by far!Suzanne and the staff were very patient and helped me a great deal to find the perfect dress! Continue to do what you do! Excellent!

We had a great experience with Elizabeth today. She really walked us through varieties of wedding gown and reception dresses. I used to help other friends doing the fitting and I believe here is the best place to pick your best wedding gown ever. All of the staff was very pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. In particular, Rosemary, my attendant, was very knowledgeable about your inventory, delivery timelines, Fabrics, color selection, etc. She offered solutions to my issues regarding undergarments and suggested accessories for myself and my daughter. By the time I left the store I felt very confident that my nattire for the wedding was perfect. I will be sure to refer my friends and family. My service both visits was Excellent! My first visit to Gesinee's was back in January. I was looking for my wedding
gown and decided to just go looking by myself one day (I'm new to the bay area
and all my friends and family live elsewhere in the country). Teresa was my
Bridal associate and she was awesome. I told her I was open to ideas but wanted
to stay under $1,500. We looked at dresses together so we could get an idea of
what I wanted. She eventually understood my style and started pulling a bunch of
gorgeous gowns in my price range. She helped me in and out of them and was very
patient as I tried a couple on two or three times. I eventually narrowed my
search to two dresses but left without buying anything because i wanted to think
about my options.
I just bought my wedding dress at Gesinee's this past
weekend and I'm very excited for it to arrive. I have no idea what happened
with the person who was charged $25 just for getting measured--neither I nor
anyone I know was charged for anything more than the price of the dress plus tax
& shipping.
Yea it was a cool experience. My sis took a leap down the aisle and found her dress and the bridesmaids dresses here. I was the maid of honor so mine was a little different, but ANNNyWHOO. lol The staff was helpful and they didn't make the 2 pudgy girls feel bad lol. I love a staff that loves a fatty! lolol The selection is pretty amazing and the owner actually came out to assist my sister. It was a great experience. Proms. formals, or weddings go there!
I just got home from my visit to Gesinee's Bridal, and it was definitely a great experience! It was my very first time trying on dresses anywhere, and I don't have to look any further. They have a great selection, great prices (the ones I am considering are all between $550-$780) and great customer service. I highly recommend Teri, but it sounds like many of their consultants are awesome. In the end, I found 3 dresses that I love and I'm going to pick one. I also got a same day appointment. Definitely come check this place out. |
