We would like to thank all the clients that have taken the time to review our business.

I feel like I need to apologize to our clients who are happy with our business, service and took the time to give us 5 star reviews on the Yelp website. They have been frequently removed by Yelp's system within one day of the posting. We have tried to get an answer from Yelp but have never received a good answer. One reason given is: their software can remove and screen out reviews that are written by less established users, how convenient all our 5 star reviews from the past year got removed.

In the past couple weeks we have had 5 star reviews from a very happy clients and again they were removed from the site the next day.  Only one or two star reviews seem to stay on our business page listing on Yelp for longer than a year. Some of these reviews are written by less established users. We've come to the conclusion that for some reason Yelp doesn't like to see good reviews for Gesinee's Bridal and I cannot figure out why, other than we do not pay to advertise with Yelp. I also do not understand why most of the complaints on this site do not correspond to actual events or people that have visited our business.

We always take criticism and learn from it and try to improve to turn it into a positive, because I believe when people took time to give the review it is meaningful to us.
